Step 1: Part Preparation
Inspect all parts for any print anomalies. Gently sand any rough edges or supports that might remain. Test-fit the joints before final assembly.
Troubleshooting
Tight Joints
If joints are difficult to move, gently sand the connection points. Test after each sanding to avoid over-loosening.
Loose Joints
Apply a small amount of plastic cement to the joint, connect the parts, and let dry while positioned. Alternatively, a thin layer of clear nail polish can add just enough thickness.
Parts Won't Align
Double-check orientation. Many parts are asymmetrical and must be oriented correctly. If necessary, carefully trim any small imperfections that prevent proper fit.
Breaking During Assembly
